one fun part of touring commercial real estate is getting to see some of the surviving backroom folk-signage – oftentimes a janitor with a sharpie, sometimes employees who had some amount of leeway

my girls were laughing at AI-generated shirt designs last night (surprisingly common hallucination: cowboys with 3+ feet) and it occurred to me that there’s a micro-generation that will be nostalgic for this stuff someday
