It is extremely unlikely that the July polls for the Wisconsin Governor Democratic governor's race were accurate; the discrepancy is not mere statistical error - it's a massive systematic error. My first guess would be that the polled population did not reflect the voter population well, at all.

Oh. So the Surgeon General nominee isn't a doctor. She has a doctor's training. She used to be licensed. But now, she's not. She says she let it lapse. Because I guess it's not important to her to be a doctor. She says she doesn't plan to get a license.

Look - I want the terribleness of the guy to be recognized. But focussing on "new polls" - when you're looking for his drop in popularity - and not on poll aggregation, is misleading. His popularity hasn't changed significantly in 5 months, & it's the same as it was his entire first term.
