Allie Katch is another new name for me so I wasn't expecting to see her in the main event, but she was fantastic and her match with Cruz was agonizing in a wonderful way. An excellent way to end the night, and I'm curious if we'll see her return now that she has the belt!

Plant, indicative of how good these and other bugs are at picking out the optimal spot to lay eggs. Just the other day I found a red milkweed beetle in my own swamp milkweed at home. Similarly, it was chowing down on the biggest and healthiest in the garden.

Incredible news!! Saw this lovely, fat, healthy monarch butterfly caterpillar on my walk today!! The brush outside my work has a bunch of super healthy milkweed + other native plants, which makes it an ideal place for these little guys as well as other bugs. I spotted him on a fully blooming -
