My rice was not successful, but I like all the colors on the plate. I also think I need a different pot to make my rice. I use a 2qt Dansk Kobenstyle, but I think I need a heavier bottom (yes, I said it🤭). Any recommendations? #cookingsky #homecooking #cookware

I don't like leftovers, but I also hate to waste money, so I have to figure out how to repurpose leftovers into a new meal. On tonight's home version of Chopped, ground chicken sautéed with squash, zucchini, bell pepper, and a freezer bag of mixed vegetables served with saffron rice. Ugly pic.Sorry.
