I had some success with browser profiles. Adding a color schema and icon for which one to use and pin them to the startbar helps selecting the correct one for the context. ymmv

Now for every start of (in my example of calc.exe) a window will open and ask you if you want to debug it in a new VS instance or a running one. and you get all loader information. Bit confusing: when entering the name of the executable in "image" you need to press the Tab-key to load current info
I like the ability to automatically attach a debugger. Specify "vsjitdebugger.exe" in Debugger. This is broken on Win11 and you need to create a registry string key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AeDebug\Auto and set it's value to "1" to make it work
