By train to Gladstone park. V early start and thick head meant I told OH I was getting tube to "Glastonbury". Good improvising by volunteer team after they were locked out of equipment cupboard. #parkrun

East Peckham 10k. (Village in Kent, not Del Boy's inner South London!) Warm. Concentrated on taking it steady and not overheating. Enjoyable. 😃

There are at least some options when it comes to results, eg how much individualised info is published vs what is made available to the individual themselves. I can't see much scope to compromise on self ID. I note what looks like deliberate emphasis on inclusivity in this recent interview....

Toby got up really early (c0600) to position himself for some serious solar gain via his shell!
