Today at noon during PMQs - just as Kemi Badenoch was calling for more oil and gas drilling - the UK grid was generating 32.9 GW from renewables alone. That's 77% of the entire grid from wind, solar and hydro. I believe that's the most renewable energy Britain has ever produced at once.
