Agreed. This is our 4-season greenhouse in southern Ontario. The know-how to grow tropical produce year-round in Canada exists & is pretty simple. These things should be built at scale across the country.
At the time of the incident, 2 things were apparent. First, DFT is a coward. He’s not capable of responding to being shot in the head as he did on the stage that day. Second, there’s no way a US Secret Service detail is going to immediately stand him up as they did, exposing him to further fire.
Based on existing 4-season greenhouses in SK & AB, we’ve just finished work on our version here in S Ontario. A wide range of local veggies are already coming up, with our tropicals going in soon. It seems these would be a good way of improving our food security here in 🇨🇦, building these at scale…
7 months ago today we broke ground on our 4-season greenhouse. Interior construction is nearly complete, final inspections are done & green stuff is coming along nicely. Tropicals arrive next month!

Most days, the horses will choose to be in the pasture, pawing through the snow for a tiny bit of old grass. The barn provides shelter & hay, but this is where they’d prefer to be 🙄❤️

We’re building a 4-season greenhouse here in southern Ontario. Huge volumes of reclaimed insulation and tons of thermal mass will allow for tropical produce year round. Today was a big day, after 3 weeks of work, the concrete floor & walkways were poured. Next week we start building the structure!
