Inspired by @radiofreetom.bsky.social culinary adventures, tonight I ventured out to the ‘Boiler House’ in SAT for a rare (pardon the pun) dish of red meat—my 1st serving in 16 months. I ordered the filet mignon (medium well), paired with a glass of Story Point Cabernet Sauvignon. Delicious. 😋
