It has taken a day and a half but the Falkland Islands Legislative Assembly has finally issued a message congratulating Andy Burnham on becoming Prime Minister and thanking Sir Keir Starmer for his support for the Falklands while in office

Before Falklands Radio was Falklands Radio, it was the Falkland Islands Radio Service and, before that, it was the Falkland Islands Broadcasting Station (yes, the local news really was on FIBS!) Following rewiring and redecorating, the old station sign has been put on display in the studio corridor
