Minus the alcohol, I may not do some of those things. Im thankful to keep the plug in the jug. Ive screamed in my husband's truck, cried for days, silent for weeks, so many places to process 30 beautiful years. Im ok today, but so many days since Feb, I felt alone, lost and ive been learning a lot.

Being a widow is not all is cracked up to be. An oldie someone handed me today.
We are not insane. We are not practicing dark hidden illegal deeds that cause far greater harm than anything ever in American history. We are good!! It may feel like you're crazy, but you are not. Be steady in the mind, keep hope in the heart and take action where you can. Change dark to light. ODAT
28 years without a drinky poo. I know I am grateful, and so are the people who care about me. I have suffered so much loss in the last 3 years that I am pretty sure everyone thought I would drink or skip the country. I'm planted and healing bare, though, just like an uncomfortable person does.
