Let's talk about red flags, and now We're not talking about dating. We're talking about emojis. Emojis are fun, but every emoji is read aloud by screen readers. Too many, or using them within sentences, can make posts much harder to follow. Are your emoji habits are giving green or red flags?

We've put together our completely scientific and definitely not biased list of the worst items you could find on a touch tour.

Hydration breaks 🤝 screen breaks Use hydration breaks wisely and give your eyes a break from the screen by looking at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds. And of course, hydrate.

It’s hot out there 🫠 here’s our advice for keeping your eyes healthy during this heatwave (and, tbh, all year round).

“Protect your eyes from the sun. 1. Wear sunglasses. Choose a protective style with CE quality mark or British Standard.2. Check glasses have a UV filter. Most prescription glasses come with a built-in clear UV filter. Check with optician. 3. Consider eye shields. Eye shields offer more protection from the sun and are useful for glare. 4. Take care outdoors. Wear sunglasses if you work outdoors or at the beach, fishing, or on holiday. 5. Be safe in the sun.
