I used to do the full Power 90 / X program religiously but lost my copy when my laptop died like 15 years ago. I didn't know it but I had saved a backup to a USB flash drive which I came across a couple of weeks ago (now happily in the ☁️ ☁️ ☁️). Session 1 completed and I'm a sweaty af mess..
Turns out our dog sitter is also the founder of The Scottish Pet Bereavement Counselling Service, wrote a book, heard I'm still a basket case and dropped a copy of it off at the weekend. So this is how I'm spending the next hour..
