Thanks to some good timing on eBay sales (and some help from Diana) I was actually able to get ahold of Metal Cardbot Tyrant Zero - yes, THAT thing - and wow. Suddenly the $50 shipping from Korea doesn't seem unreasonable at all. 😅

I have now finished Judero. And I was right, it's definitely a surprise favorite on a near Sorry We're Closed level for me (as a reminder, Sorry We're Closed one of my personal top 10 games *ever*). Super glad to live in a world where I can play games like this. ❤️

I *do not* understand this phenomenon where I look at a trailer/screenshots from a game and see replies that read like whoever made them was looking at something completely different. Seriously, it'll be like a neon Lisa Frank trapper keeper and someone will say "It looks washed out and muted."

I love how criticizing a brand often draws out the "Well then how would YOU do it better?" people, who for whatever reason assume those of us doing the criticizing have any interest in improving said brand in the first place.

I *cannot* get enough of Nitro Gen Omega. 😍

Huh. I beat Vampire Crawlers. 🤷‍♂️ Well okay, I hit credits. I don't suppose I really "beat" it yet.

Sometimes I see a listing for a figure custom that feels like it was made specifically for me (it wasn't a commission or anything, it just *feels* that way). This Nemesis/Scourge repaint of Metal Cardbot Gigantrex might just be the most "for me" custom I've ever seen. And yes, I bought it. 😅

Metal Cardbot Gigantrex with a super-impressive and detailed paint job that completely re-contextualizes the figure into a robot that looks an awful lot like Robots in Disguise/Car Robots Scourge. Seen here with a custom rifle in the right hand and a gigantic chompy robot dinosaur arm on the left.

I have beaten Dread Delusion and I am legit sad about that. It's *not* a short game but I still selfishly wish there was more. 😭

Yeah, no, still obsessed with Dread Delusion. I thought I was starting to fall off it a bit as I was wrapping up most of the available quests in the Endless Realm, but reaching the Clockwork Kingdom pulled me right back in.

I wasn't digging the official Studio Series AoE Nemesis Prime figure (*why* did they make the blue plastic BRIGHTER???), so last night I finally did the thing and hit Optimus with an acrylic black wash + gave him a red stripe on the side of his head. imo this works a lot better as a Nemesis. 😁
