I hear your frustration. Just relax as you contemplate the cold calm beauty of lambent Cherenkov radiation washing over you.
Yesterday I asked Elon Musk's Grok AI for a rewrite of the Horst Wessel song from 1930s Germany but featuring Charlie Kirk, framing his public speeches and writings (BTW, ChatGPT refused to do this). This is what it gave me:
I made Hatch chili sourdough cheese bread in my new Pullman style cast iron loaf pan.
We are out to the protest at New Mexico’s Round House in Santa Fe. Brenda is wearing the Star Trek dog tags I designed for her back when she was teaching at Art Center College of Design - with the nuclear release key. She is dangerous.
@brendalaurel.bsky.social and I went with friends to see the La Cieneguilla Petroglyphs. We had a bit of a rough time on scree, and will need to return to better sample the site... ...this anatomically correct fellow greeted us:
Re: AI and coding - I am now exploring using DeepSeekV3 with Cline in VS, along with Cline Memory Bank. Github CoPilot is still along for the ride as a sidekick... kinda like Gabby Hayes. The results are rather amazing. This is a screenshot of a difficulty that Cline/DeepSeek3 resolved immediately:
@brendalaurel.bsky.social Beautiful smart sexy humane lover, partner, and co-creator… Happy birthday! …and thanks for all the fish!
I'm exploring bird detection/tracking using OpenCV. Background subtraction, backgrounds updated, contours found, minimum contour area is imposed. Noisy contours improved by Thresholding, Erosion and Dilation, & Contour Filtration by minimum area. No tracking of objects across frames is done.
Yesterday I renewed my expired passport at the Santa Fe DeVargas post office. I paid extra for expedited processing and overnight delivery. ...the requisite dorky pic:
I had a gig at NASA Ames. ...I got to "fly" the lunar lander simulator. It was 8 stories tall, and could pull negative 3G. I crashed.
My twin Crooke's radiometers, above my desk. They spin, slowly, in setting New Mexico sun. At Nova Lux.
Brenda Laurel can easily find her husband at night - he glows in the dark from tritium decay.
Thank-you, Brenda Laurel, for taking care of me today. …second atrial ablation. All went well. At home, resting.
