How tired are we of letting business make all the decisions? Some governments have decided that's not who they want to be. Time we did the same.

We need to ask Canadian companies to resist offers of purchase from US competitors, because last time we wnt through this, McCormicks bought French's. So once a week or more email a prominent CDN food producer and tell them now is not the time to sell. Also, maybe out of date, but this:

It was fine, but it's important to make blocks from pixels, then sew them together. Don't think in rows or columns. Mine were 5x5, then 10x10, then 20x20 etc.

I saw an image of a quilt similar to this and worked out my own version. My favourite quilts tend to be things that challenge tradition. A metaphor for my whole life, I suppose. ca 2019 #quiltsky
So much styrofoam in a box containing bookcase parts, lots of uses for them. Two pieces are a good size for attaching a quilted wall hanging. Et voila, a wreath. Pattern squares were too large for the foam piece, so scaled down (1 1/4" sq's/finish@ 3/4"). Next up, a folding design wall.
Putting together my 2025 projects, thinking I might be ready to try another pixel quilt. This one is from 2018. #quiltsky
