As you age, it's somewhat common for the ascending aorta to enlarge. Normal diameter is 3 cm and needs to be repaired when it reaches 5.5 cm. Only discoverable with a CT scan or X-ray.

🎶Thou wilt not let me drift... My brief instrumental of a folk tune known as "Kingsfold". It's thought to have originated in the British Isles during the Middle Ages. The lyrics that I use here are from "I Feel the Winds of God Today", written in 1906 by English #Quaker teacher, Jessie Adams.
The cheap ones are actually decent. Mine from Walmart. I'm glad I got the mountain model vs. commuter, as I sometimes have to go offroad. And I keep the 48V 10.4 Ah removable battery charged with a solar kit.
I'm also against the charitable largesse of the 1%. Allocations of those huge sums should be made by those who represent the majority. Btw, "shit ton" should be added to this list.
We are an award awarding, celebrity worshipping society. When we elevate one person above another or imply an individual is more worthy of public recognition, then we build unequal societies.
