I've made my mind up 👀

In July 2024, I was 13 stone 2 lb. I ran an all-out 5k in 28:28, under duress. Fast forward & in February 2026, I'm 11 Stone 1 pound (71kg) + my 5k PB is 19:54. I've run three Half Marathons, including a 1:36 PB in October. I've run 403km in 2026 alone. Total turnaround. You can do it too! #lufc

Rest for Ampadu, Rodon, Bogle, Aaronson, Gruev & DCL - I can get behind that. Is Dan James hurt again? 😢 Nonetheless, it looks to be a strong, attacking lineup with plenty of attacking strength on the bench. Let's go #lufc! 💙💛

Credit to the #lufc hierarchy - we really do have some quality strength in depth for what feels like the first time in decades. I found it hard to pick an eleven today, but I'd go with something like this (though tempted to start DCL + Gnonto, if James needs to be eased in).

One thing that gives me hope is the stats from last week. Arsenal were not at the races to their usual standard. #mufc had more of the ball & created many chances. #lufc are no mugs on the ball. This proves that Arsenal can be got at; perhaps their new CF has created a stylistic complexity for them?
