If you have the stamps and aren't good with phone calls, you can also send these companies physical mail. Mastercard and Stripe have addresses where customers can mail in complaints. I've already done some.

Treat it with a grain of salt since it's AI results from Google, but this was the only place I was able to find Stripe's mailing address since they seem to have since scrubbed it from the site.
