Precisely. My mom was WWII Purple Heart decorated. I watched her absorb the tragedy of Nam, as my 2 bros were draft age, but lucky. Their numbers were 243 and, yes, 365 yet Mom was prepared to take us to Canada. My granddaughter is in the ME on a destroyer with the 5th fleet. Sending ❤️

Beautiful. Thank you for taking her in. My newest rescue, Hazel, has been with us since May 9th. She is a special part of our busy house of rescues. Her markings are phenomenal, and I think they're the map to Dry Land 😉
