More fish n shrimp time. Water parameters are perfect, and this drop acclimation method is MUCH better than last time.
Fishy News: One of our Guppy’s (Beebo) has passed. Out of the 4 shrimp we put in, only 2 remain. I don’t think I waited long enough to cycle the tank and hadn’t done enough water changes for the perfect parameters, which is my mistake of rushing into getting fish while the nitrates were still high.
It’s been awhile since we last checked in! Snails, added a mosquito fish, and the plants have… seen better days. Gonna get some supplies to better balance them out.
I feel crazy for bringing a small battery line to @frostyfurfest.com , but I can’t wait to play tomorrow!
Thanks to everyone who bought something from Mek-9, I now have a light, heater, and some aquascaping tools!
