I apologize for disappearing for a little bit, but I was running out of ideas for pictures and got a little burned out. But now I'm back, refreshed with new ideas. While I was gone, I got a PS Vita, and I modded it to perfection with a Kessoku Band theme. Also, no PC is required to mod it.

The one place I wish I had spent more time while I was in Japan back in 2024 is Akihabara. I mean, I wish I had explored the place more because I know there are places I missed, but it was almost sunset when I arrived, and I was getting tired from walking, so I didn't spend much time in Akihabara.

Project Sonic was a label given to Sonic games on the Sega Saturn in Japan to increase awareness of the series. Phase 1 was to reintroduce people to Sonic via Sonic Jam, then Phase 2 was Sonic R, and Phase 3 was Sonic 3D: Flickies' Island. The label ended once Sonic Adventure was released.

Sonic 3D: Flickies' Island was a late release on Sega Saturn in Japan, on October 14, 1999. This version has faster loading times and not much else compared to the Western versions; at least the artwork in the manual looks cool.

I love the music during the boss battles in Sonic Frontiers, and the best part is, it has Kellin Quinn on vocals.

When I was a kid, during summer break, I used to watch Adult Swim and have gaming sessions which kept me up until 3:00 AM. Life was good.

I'm a bit off, but it's hard to believe that it's been two decades since the show HHPAY was canceled due to a management shake-up. I think the shake-up resulted in no more DVD releases outside of the two in the picture, and no reruns, which is a shame, but keep circulating those tapes.

Last night, I got Star Fox on the Nintendo Switch 2. Star Fox is a good remake of Star Fox 64, and Battle Mode is a lot of fun.

I'm going to wait for the eventual Steam release of GTA VI because unless it's the Nintendo Switch 2 for exclusive Nintendo games, I'm less interested in PS5 or Xbox Series X and more interested in PC. Also, I have a feeling GTA VI will be a dumpster fire at launch.

Around 1998, when I came home from school, I saw a game on the desk; it was the Sonic & Knuckles Collection on PC. So, I popped the game into the Compaq Presario, a PC we had back then, and I had a lot of fun, even if the soundtrack in the collection was garbage.

I know this is a hot take, but I think the canceled Sonic X-treme for the Sega Saturn would have been a mess if it had been released. The levels would have been confusing because of the 360° world spin, and the camera would have made things more frustrating.
