Here's the rest of the squad. Raichu Y is very powerful, and I think that it's being a bit under-explored right now. Being able to get massive OHKOs without any Sp.Attack investment is nuts.
We're over halfway into the year. Here's a look at the new (to me) games I've played so far. Nioh 3 is looking like the undisputed GotY for me. And FF15 gets the big poo poo award. Also, I really couldn't get behind Mina the Hollower. I just wasn't having g any fun with it.
Started and (accidentally) finished FF4 today! It's an incredible game that doesn't feel like it's aged at all. Only one more left. The journey's almost finished...
I need me some classic turn-based Final Fantasy. I really hope this game does well 🙏
Finished Bloodstained! This game is very fun. Some solutions to progression are a bit obtuse, but I still enjoyed the ride. I also accidentally sequence broke the game because I thought that's what I had to do for progression 🤣
And that's another season in Master Ball Tier!! Mega Swampert is a beast, and he's gotten some insane buffs in this game. Very happy that Rain teams finally have a dedicated Mega Pokemon. I'm also very tired of fighting Mega Staraptor. That Pokemon was a mistake...
I also put together this cool looking set using parts from an old MegaBlocks Power Rangers set that I had as a kid. Also, yes, this is on a ping pong table. I don't have anything else to put it on 🤣
I have this week off of work, so I used my time wisely and busted out my Legos! I made a bunch of my OCs from my story that I'm working on. I was honestly surprised at how close I could get them to look based on what was in my head.
We likely won't see Tifa until it's almost time for her to release. Over SF6's lifespan, they've never shown a character in game until it's close to their release date, which for Tifa isn't until Winter 2027.
Praying for H I M!!! Seriously, Rain needs a dedicated Mega attacker. Scizor and Dragonite are fine, but an actual sweeper to take advantage of Rain would be a huge buff!!
I've only played 3 games in the massive "Atelier" series, and they're some of the most fun and comfy RPGs I've ever played.
Cyber Dragon has always been a favorite of mine. Zane was one of my favorite characters in GX, and I love the playstyle of the deck. I'm also just a sucker for "Big number get bigger!"
Finished Final Fantasy 2. That's it. That's the post. It's fine. Just 2 more Final Fantasies left to play!
Say what you want about Dissidia Duellum, but the casual outfits for the characters look so good!! It also amuses me that Rinoa's outfit barely changed from her normal outfit 🤣
