[TapedFox]: Those light work fine in most cases, the ones I go for only do 1 colour because I just am like " Why would I go for anything other than O R A N G " And also they look cool.
[TapedFox]: In the end, I only managed to do 1 out of the 2 watches but here's the one that got finished! My Landeron 48 chronograph, this calibre was made from 1937 up to the late 60s, very simple and reliable and was used by Heuer. Mine has radium painted hands and dial.
[TapedFox]: The good ol' reliable, my 1955 Omega Seamaster 2791-8 in stainless steel with the calibre 266. Got it about 10 years ago and it has been running flawlessly. The patina on the dial happened during a trip but that makes it more unique and more personal.
[TapedFox]: Happy pride month! This trans poly bi/pan foxgirl wishes y'all the best, be gay do gay AND TRANS RIGHTS ARE HUMAN RIGHTS FOR FUCK'S SAKE
[TapedFox]: I love my Juno-106, probably one of my best purchases tbh. The sounds it makes just hit the right spots for what I want.
[TapedFox]: Here's the insides of it because I had to fix the scratchy main volume potentiometer
[TapedFox]: gotta love this bad boi, it just keeps going and going
[TapedFox]: Let's do this shit like it's 1976. Let's see if I can pull this off within a month.
[TapedFox]: update it was finished yesterday early in the morning and it'll get printed so here you go, pure analog madness
[TapedFox]: watch I've fixed today: late 1940s - early 1950s Unitas 45C, calibre specifically for Heuer-Léonidas and could be very rarely acquired outside those two brands. Chronograph, 17 Jewels, Breguet hairspring, single piece balance rim with adjustment screws for inertia and timekeeping.
[TapedFox]: fucked around on a modular synth at a shop because i could funni time
[TapedFox]: I did it, my first homemade Japanese chicken curry with rice and barley
[TapedFox]: - Hey, I was wondering if you got your photos printed? - Bogos binted? - What? -
[TapedFox]: have you ever just gone "hmmm, today I will watch" CAUSE I SURE DO 2 Swatch Pay, a late 1960s Favre-Leuba running at 36'000 bph, a Landeron 48 and Eta/Valjoux 7751 chronographs, a 1955 Omega Seamaster 266, a 1952 Zenith 126-6, a 1960s Glycine and an early 1950s Certina.
[TapedFox]: here's a watch I've just finished repairing today: A 1952 Zenith wristwatch with a calibre 126-6 inside. I got it with no wrist strap, no winding stem and a heavily scratched acrylic glass. It is gold plated and was cheaper due to the engraving on the back. It runs pretty damn good.
[TapedFox]: have soe synth stuff i did a while ago as a treat
[TapedFox]: I might be planning to do a very silly project. Might bring something back from 1970-71. At least one version of it~
[TapedFox]: cool funfact: it will happen it will be back it will be back it will be back time to make it awaken after 70 years. let the reverse engineering begin.
[TapedFox]: Y'ALL, I HAVE MASSIVE NEWS I GOT MYSELF A PART-TIME JOB AS A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN AT A BIG MUSIC VENUE I AM SO HYPED
[TapedFox]: LADIES, GENTLEMEN AND EVERYONE IN-BETWEEN, WE STAY WINNING TODAY! WE GET ANALOG. WE GOT A ROLAND JUNO-106!
