Made some Nanaimo Bars for Ice Hockey watch night last night. Recipe was from BBC Good Foods which I’d made before but this time added the optional almond slices. Very tasty and I’m not normally a fan of desserts with coconut in them
Yesterday my father & I had a train trip to Manchester to check out the Cloudwater & Track Brewing Co taprooms, about 10-12 mins walk from the station platform. Lovely places and definitely need to visit again (even if the prices are steep for just 1/3 pints)
