Called a business this morning & it went to voicemail. Left a message & got this text as soon as I hung up. Texted back and got a prompt, friendly, non-AI reply. OMG why isn't literally every business doing this? This was the best customer service experience I've had in at least a year.
I guess learning to tolerate the mandatory AI-itization of everything is easier when AI's got jokes. (I just wanted to know if there's an app for that. Duh. Of course there is.)
