Bouncing off 700 in Ontario

Simpler times.

A cold war era park where where children would play on metal structures to climb and slide down. Approximately 30 feet tall adorned with stainless steel on the slides. Colors are red white and blue and USA is painted on the side of cylindrical structure. In total it evokes the imagery of a launch pad. Many children left these places to have plaster casts wrapped around their limbs.

Vintage photo, circa 1990's of Arlington Hardware 2910 Columbia Pike in Arlington Virginia.The bottom half of the building is brick painted white with an Art Deco Sign "Arlington Harware" over the entrance door which is recessed into the building. The upper floor of the 2 story building has four windows. There are two small trees on the sidewalk and a street light on the left which looks mid century.
