Honestly, today was a pretty rough start to the new job. It’ll be okay, it was just a tough day. When it was done, I told myself at least I could go home, make dinner, and relax. Anyway I got stuck in traffic for an hour before I got home, and then a bad thunderstorm knocked out the power.

I just got a job offer, and I accepted! I start work next week! But I still need to get a car before then, so I can actually get to and from work! Please help me hit my goal ASAP so I can put a down payment down! Once this is done, I’ll be shuttering the GFM, and we’ll be done!

I would say we have to open the schools, but the AI lobby is working very hard to force the schools to push this shit. If you’re reading this, a really crucial thing you can do is lobby your local school districts to restrict the use of AI and reimplement traditional computer literacy instruction.

Saw the Odyssey. And yeah, you should believe the hype. It pulls a really neat trick by the end that puts the film into a fascinating dialogue with Nolan’s last film. Why can’t this be the new trend at the movies? Adaptations of Ancient Greek epics? Put some A-listers onto the Theban plays.
