Friday 22nd is the day of the Woolwich Singers Community Choir Concert. All the songs strongly resonate with me this year. If I were to sing a solo to our musical director Dan, who chose this selection and arranged them with some exquisite harmonies, it would probably be 'Killing Me Softly'😁

This cat was a stray. We kept it fed when it dared to visit our garden. It became a regular visitor a couple of years ago now and I felt it had found a home somewhere too. Now it's looking so thin but ventures into our home for a little food and a rest. Hope he's ok. We call him Pantha.
Had a great time at the premiere of Playa Marina-Alice's Story. It was my first film shoot of the year and my first every musical film. Great to be involved thanks to director Tony Jopia. That's me in the pink😊

I was looking for 432Hz music as I heard it would help keep me relaxed and balanced. Couldn't help but notice the graphics on Youtube favoured the male physique for healing and female physique for sleeping with 432Hz. Is this trying to tell me something ??🤔

3 films got me to Cannes. I'm looking out for the next one. My 1st, on the yacht with Fuji, Panavision & Lee Lighting via Quantel's private jet, will never be beat. Years later, a red carpet moment and a film made with a contact from there this year too. What's going to be next?

Gosh, even now there are people that remember way back when, working with Sir Norman Wisdom. I've been sent these shots from a day of filming where my Volupton warrior character became the rank gong symbollic man announcing the arrival of Norman to the Planet Volupton.

I'm in a musical film! Never thought this would happen. I play Beatriz in the fun, sentimental and character full, Playa Marina, Alice's Story. Doctor Theatre kicked in to allow this to happen. I am so grateful for my body finding the strength and keeping hold of the role.

Had a lovely time meeting up with the Media Lunch Club people, networking and filling the 2025 diary with dates and got my book, The Crow Folk, 1st in the series, signed by the author @markstay.bsky.social while I was there. Phew!!!
