Dog tax, bluesky dog tax! (which I'm now singing to the tune of Love Shack and will never be able to stop)
I forgot that Italian greyhounds are couch griffins. It's not stressful AT ALLLLL
Today I realized my dog refuses to go in direct sunlight. AND she has fangs. 🤔🦇🤔
She looks like the villain in an anime talking to a protagonist. You cannot change my mind.
You need my bouncy dog (and my hysterical laughter) in your life.
Just a dog and her deeply traumatized apple friend. A tale old as time.
OBSESSED with this new ring. It really has to be seen in motion for its magic to visually translate.
The newest addition to my family, Zoom, is starting to blossom. She's got a lot of trauma to overcome. Today is our first day of obedience training.
She has a white patch on her chin/lower jaw that makes her look like she's smiling
For anyone who has missed me posting about the ferals, I just saw this out the window and gasped in delight. They haven't done this on my porch since December. It's a cold winter behavior. I've been putting kibble on my porch for a while now but I've never seen them doing this in warm weather.
Heard thumping sounds outside and saw something white flashing around on the ground. Went outside and found a cat with its head trapped in my porch, choking to death. Couldn't free its head and it sounded like it was dying. So I hulked the fuck out.
Who needs to see the bounciest puppy in the world? YES, IT IS YOU.
What is the deal with my pets having too much feet and too many legs??
Sorry but I'm never going to stop posting about my dog and cat. Their journeys have been extraordinary, scary, funny as fuck, and heart-melting. And how can I NOT film a tiny dog thoughtfully delivering my allergy medication with her mouth?
Zoom had a really rough day yesterday. The trip to the vet was hard on her. She was more afraid than ever. I felt horrible. Thought I'd lost an irreparable amount of ground with her. ...Things seem to be improving 🤣
Shout out to the Medusa ring I got for Christmas and forgot about until today because of the Horrifying Medical Crisis that began on December 25th.
Zoomy is slowly showing more of her personality, and less of her fear. She has discovered her brother's kitty toys.
I'VE BEEN TRICKED (I'd subtitle my funny patter but I don't understand how to really? I am on day three of getting to know this little being. It's fascinating and feeds my soul, and also makes me laugh a lot.)
She's currently enjoying giving me heart attacks by jumping off of rocks that separate my upper yard from my lower yard. The drop ranges from about one foot to five feet. I asked my handyman if we could put up, like, nets or something and he just laughed and laughed.
