Temporary Bat
@saredra
Climate, international shitshow, human & environmental rights & whatever interests me. Irish, she/her. Mostly harmless but inclined to bite or at least relentlessly mock bigots. Irrational fear of harmonicas. Not actually a bat.
Calling encouraging people to unite behind and vote for her "encouraging others to throw away their vote" is a bit much, even if she did lose.
Welp, this just got worse. No records, just under the table phonecalls bullshit.
I looked this bizarre creature up as it looks like a thing from the mysterious distillation stuff cabinet and I'm not much the wiser, but I like the description!
Also amazing how the stupid younger gens saw through the v intelligent shining star of his generation, but the well-educated and wise elders voted for him. Guess it was 5D chess that the uneducated young folks couldn't figure out. Did it work?
- for treating random people badly due to their nationality. As it is, it's a bit "sure, jan 🙄"
87% of *currently operating* data centres are in urban areas, and ofc in more deprived areas, because poor areas don't need services, they need constant noise and heat island effects. I knew they mostly weren't rural, that's just shit ppl say, but I was surprised it was as high as 87%.
Ex-farmcat feral critter, born in a turfpile, and her mother is probably also her aunt, cousin and grand-aunt, who knows. Her auntie (/various) cat tried to mate with a car tyre, slippers, her own reflection and a small female terrier (unsuccessfully).
I'm not retweeting this dumbfck because he's only looking for attention, I'm only flagging it for mutuals following this account who may not have seen him with the mask off. Oh, and anyone who thinks this yoke is "liberal" just bc of his name, tis in my arse, it's a fash op account.
Looking for this story, I found two other cases before the one I was thinking of, suggesting that a surprising number of people have no survival instincts when it comes to this sort of this. Both gentleman & hospital were safely evacuated.
From reporting at the time on Tuesday, a mob of about a hundred were attacking homes on Newtownards Road.
That was my only involvement in the convo, which was an American talking about being actually Irish based on this granny (I think to assert an Opinion, someone blocked someone else upthread so can't quite recall OP). Turned out after it was the great-granny's parents that migrated. but wtf 🤷♀️
I looked this slogan up because...morbid curiosity really and this being 2026, AI got involved. It appears to be written by the same sort of whatever that came up with that slogan
It's a phenomenom born for this image (which gets deployed a lot against those posts. Enough so that the first several versions of this image explicitly had AI referenced)
Very interesting & well-argued article. Klippenstein's commentary in particular is contemptible. I wonder when he put up that photo. If it's pre-campaign when he had no idea his tattoo had any negative connotations at all, why cover it? If after he found out, also hmm.
Hell, even Indian food, given all the sneering. It appears even the epicurean French are not immune to a good curry.
Yes, that is the problem I'm having too, about halfway through. I'm choosing Neutral a lot when very general questions with an obvious US slant are asked. Lesser example, but this one annoyed me. Not sure if Agreeing to concept of military alliances or that it only applies to democracies.
And while people target population, there's people in the wealthiest nations like this saying stuff like this.
I'm not great with nicknames for my pokemon, if I have a fire starter, it's usually Blaze or Flare. But this guy will always be James Pond.
Zork! Admittedly I actually started on Nemesis which I think was 1995. The graphics would be potato now but at the time they were awesome. The main pre-1992 game that lives with me (fairly literally, I have a medley of the soundtrack on my phone) was Great Giana Sisters.
That highlighted bit suggesting 90% of American men have had a nazi phase? That's about as textbook example of normalisation as you can get. It is quite literally saying it is normal.
