Here are the Leprechauns giving three unsuspecting people the ride of their lives in a BBC lift. Two of the lift occupants are Don and John who operated and voiced Sage and Onion, and this is beautifully shot to conceal them operating the duo in the final section.
After failing to get her dyne [duvet] cleaned the last time she was on Live & Kicking, Whigfield pays a visit to Roberts Records... with her dyne [duvet]... They don't do duvets... #saturdaymornings
Time to make some more noise... There's now only 80 days to go until 2 October 2026 which marks 50 years of BBC Saturday morning television. Come on BBC, surely you're not going to let a major milestone in British television broadcasting just go unnoticed?

One, Two, Three? Sage and Shamrock are back after their summer break at the start of the seventh series of Live & Kicking on 25 September 1999, and a little magic trick doesn't quite provide the expected result. #saturdaymornings
A little more pre-broadcast footage, this time from Going Live! Gordon and Hacksaw Jim Duggan have a bit of a stand-off on 7 November 1992. #saturdaymornings
New additions to our archive. Two badges given away at the recording of ‘Antiques Roadshow Going Live!’ In 1991. Further programmes retitled ‘Antiques Roadshow: the Next Generation’ were broadcast until 2006, but had no specific association with another programme.
A Saturday bonus... Here is the pre-broadcast material from the recording of Live & Kicking on 16 April 1994 that we posted earlier. This includes the rehearsal for Take That's 'Every Loony Wins' trail (which went a bit better than the live broadcast version!)... #saturdaymornings

Sad to hear of the death of the great actress Dame Penelope Keith who starred in many great television comedies. Here she is on the last Swap Shop talking to Noel and answering a viewer's question.
Towards the end of the first series of Live & Kicking a feature was 'accidentally' created where Emma was challenged to say the phone number in a different language each week. Here's our Foreign Phone Number mega mix of all nine languages! #saturdaymornings
One of our Instagram followers reminded us of the slight differences in the titles from the first edition of Fully Booked series 4 titles. Here's a side-by-side comparison of the titles from programme 1 and programme 2 that makes the differences easy to spot!
