Sasha is quite persistent. She paws at me when she would like her dinner. She doesn‘t believe she should wait till 5pm.

@ahbrizzle.bsky.social We had a gorgeous meal at Eight on Saturday. This had dome of their chorizo and was delicious - a chilled gazpacho with sheep’s milk ricotta.
If she’s got papers and there’s a Ferncliffe on they’ll be probably be distantly related 😂 Friends old dog was my boys Great Aunt, and Molly is a cousin. Lost Schroder i’ve ran year ago to cancer. He was a week off 5 yrs.

It’s been warm here (25°) but down south has been uncomfortably hot. Seems humidity is a big issue too. It’s all change on Friday as big thunder storms are forecast. Hope you’re keeping warm now it’s Winter. We went to the seaside tonight and it was lovely and breezy (Scotland on the horizon).
Having a bit of a tidy up around the garden and OH came across these beauties. Also 2 frogs, and a few other moths. Blackbirds were loving the dug beds and had a worm buffet.
It is so important. We have artichokes we let go to flower as the bees just love them. They looked like they were swimming in them last year!!
My amazing friend did this pastel drawing of Molly after i’d visited her for a walk on the beach. I think she’s totally captured her energy!
Had a beach trip this morning with Molly and Sasha. They‘ve been very snoozy this afternoon and very sensibly in the shade.
Sasha has been in a playful mood and took ownership of the ball and wanted to be chased. Molly eventually got it back and added it to her pile of toys. They were snoozing…
We‘ve been to the field (i can’t walk them both so we walk round slowly for Sasha a few times and Molly gets her exercise chasing her ball).
This was last year. It was a cheap plant from aldi i got when we moved in 6 years ago. It’s been such a reliable plant. Would recommend one for your Hoo’s Siggy its a stunning plant.
A friend was having a clear out and gave me a badge maker…it makes magnets too! (one for friend of her cats and one for Molly and Sasha’s HooMum for her birthday)

Bullfinch sat on our garden fence! He’d been in the garden this afternoon eating dandelion seeds and came back for supper ☺️

Had leftover egg whites after making hollandaise. Was inspired to have a go at meringues as Raymond Blanc was on TV making them at lunchtime. Not too bad for first attempt 😊
