For once I made a healthy meal. Tonight's dinner is shaved steak, rice and cheese stuffed peppers with balsamic glazed tomatoes and Broccolini. It was very very tasty.

Tonight's dinner is Hoisin Pork Tenderloin with goat/cream cheese mini bell peppers and mashed potatoes with hoisin glaze. The pork was oven baked to a temp of 139 degrees then rested to the temp of 146 degrees. My wife also made a deep dish brownie with black walnuts and a deep chocolate glaze.
It's almost 10:30 pm in the Midwest, so I made it in time for Monochrome Monday

Tonight's dinner is BBQ boneless pork chop and corn, roast asparagus and goat/cream cheese stuffed mushrooms. Everything was cooked in cast iron pans and the pork was first seared then in the oven cooked to 160 degrees rested for seven minutes then tempted to 169. The chops was juicy throughout.
