@mayor.nyc.gov On hot days like today, subway stations get unbearable. Even with the AC's pumping, it never really helps. HOWEVER, what if you just put meat cooler strips at each end of the station tracks? Trains easily push thru, more cool retained. You're a doer. This would rock!
