Disabled trans and non-binary people were much more likely to have been impacted by rising costs than non-disabled trans and non-binary people, and more likely to be anxious about things like running out of food and not having enough money to cover bills.

What was already a dire situation is just getting worse & it is clear that radical change is needed. We are calling on health boards that refer to Sandyford to take responsibility for the trans & non-binary people living in their board and to start providing the care our community desperately needs
Yesterday, Public Health Scotland published waiting times data for gender identity clinics in Scotland. The data shows that someone joining the list today would expect to wait 163 years for a first appointment. We can't keep waiting. Find out more: www.scottishtrans.org/healthcare/c...

Disabled trans and non-binary people were less likely to own their own homes, and more likely to socially rent than non-disabled trans and non-binary people. There were also less likely to be satisfied with where they lived.
