I like America neat — no ICE.
What kind of car is this? Manufacture’s plates. No make or model insignia that I could see. No rear window. No side mirrors. Wheel rims are covered by solid gold-colored disks. Couldn’t see an exhaust so likely electric.
Polluting our streams and rivers with discarded music is how you end up with those goddamn singing bass
Celebrating the Fourth by making a point to actually play with these toys I buy myself and see what I can get them to do.
This is such a hilariously bad idea. URL scratched out so I don’t send them any traffic.
The documentation that came with my new wireless headset is breaking me. I smell toast but I have no toaster.
Took this picture last week on Lake Erie. I love the Great Lakes though I haven’t seen nearly as much of them as I’d like. I’d rather visit them than the ocean, TBH.
First time playing this. Had no idea what I was doing and only succeeded in the end because I randomly picked three words at random which happened to be in the green group, making my second set. That unlocked the common word in each set and clued me in how to find sets www.hankgreen.com/fourbythree
Wrapping up the first day of the conference (#RealizeLive2026) with a couple drinks at the hotel bar while making weird noises with my Eurorack road rig
Hey Apple Maps, I understand that downtown Detroit is pretty messed up right now thanks to the Grand Prix road closures this weekend, but maybe you shouldn’t route people across international borders.
This should keep me off the streets and out of trouble for a bit. Currently in my DIY backlog: Thonk VCA and VCO x 2 Befaco 1U modules: Out STMix TRS x 2 (except I can only find the front panel for #2 🤔) Pedal S-R First up is the Out so I can start making proper use of my 7U Intellijel case.
It’s Wednesday and I’ve already entered unpaid overtime finishing my big project for the week so I’ve taken a midday bike ride in the park and will probably go hang out in a cafe or something later.
Today on Scott’s modular journey, I finally tried the whole Rings-into-Clouds thing (or rather, Rings clone into expanded Clouds variant, Typhoon) after receiving Typhoon from the fine folks at Detroit Modular earlier today, and yeah, I think I get why it’s a (very good) cliche.
Holy hell the article is terrible, but saying that Renee Good was somehow lacking in motherly instincts because she had **dropped her child off at school** is particularly foul.
I don’t suppose anyone in Norway is looking for a Teamcenter PLM Solution Architect/ Lead developer
The bondage themes in the early Wonder Woman comics were *very* intentional en.wikipedia.org/wiki/William...
Took my daughter and her friend to the library so they can prepare for a Science Olympiad competition this weekend. Friend’s mother came to pick up her daughter - and is now stuck in the elevator.
Band practice achievement unlocked: while playing Pagan Baby I managed to break three strings. #finishedTheSongThough
Latest build: Tap-O-Matic Delay, which is a variant of the @oamodular.bsky.social / @livartz.bsky.social Time Machine. This was a group buy of panels and PCBs arranged on @divkid.bsky.social’s Discord and the first time I ordered components individually - I only forgot to buy four switches!
Saturday night module soldering: Kassutronics Quantizer module. That six on the front plate is never not going to bother me.
My current Eurorack case setup. The years long dissatisfaction and subsequent churn has finally started to settle down. I’ve been using this setup for a few weeks now and for once I don’t feel the urge to reorganize it every time I use it. I’m using it more regularly than ever and learning a lot.
I suppose billions of cicadas would be worse, but these Texas frogs are damn loud
I have the Befaco Instrument interface; it’s fun. Next step is a pedal interface so you can run your Eurorack through your pedals.
