Finishing up with MooMesa! It joins the rest of the herd on the arcade floor this week! #arcade
searching for "weed cat" on the official pokémon center website actually brings up sprigatito
sudden Flamin Finger posting because I picked one up from auction last week and this weird game from the early 00's is a micro obsession now lol
Does Namco's Flamin Finger have the record for the total number of linkable arcade cabinets?
folks are getting hit with age verification requests from bluesky one of the methods they offer for you to hand over your social security number to a company that has had data breaches in the past
What the orignal sound module looks like. Konami would coat these in epoxy for physical (and copyright) protection. Usually the epoxy flakes off from the leaking caps, this is visible in the right corner of the second pic. I have to salvage the custom Konami IC and transplant it onto new module.
New sound module installed on this Konami Wild West C.O.W.boys of Moo Mesa. The original modules are prone to leaky caps that eat up the sound circuitry. Looking forward to getting this game in a cabinet on the #arcade floor!
no seriously, screw Konami and their epoxy coated sound boards #arcade
I absolutely feel that when trying to learn Krita. I have over 8 years experience with Inkscape and it actively works against me 😭 That said, if you would like any help with Godot feel free to DM. I still use UE-like terminology and structure with it.
Its roughly the same as how I feel about CRTs vs. LCDs. Yes, the vids look better on tubes and in a perfect world every game on the floor would have one. But operator me is looking over the books and going:
Thoughts on TADC and episode 8. This has been a wonderful series and I'm thoroughly looking forward to the grand finale.
