I have to wonder about the logic of this policy: 1) How do people barricade themselves in porta-johns? 2) Assuming they succeed, what is their goal? 3) Is there some means of escape? Hell, they can't even swim down a sewer. 4) Fabricating a weapon from the available materials is a shitty idea.
