Why is this legal on the roads of Washington state?

A truck is pulling a factory-built building on a U.S. interstate highway with pace cars signed “oversized load”. The truck is nearly filling the width of two lanes. A motorcycle would be challenged to pass on either side without diverting to the shoulders.

New faucet going in. The old one developed a leak, non-repairable, so replacement was the only option. Ran to the store for the faucet and then spent 90 minutes pulling the old one and installing the new one. Two hours later and it is looking like a success.

Coyote pup in our front yard. It was sniffing the bird bath and then moving on. I was inside while the pup was outside the window. Suburban Seattle.
