My bike's main battery, for reference: Two ports, charge and discharge (vehicle drive supply). This charge port has recessed sleeve receptacles and matching posts that mesh with recesses around each pin of the M connector. Silicone dust and spray cap.
30 kilograms of groceries onto a 25 kilogram vehicle. Milk crate bike gang. (I'm a leatherworker for goodness sakes, I should build myself some saddlebags or fork bags already.)

I love my little mutant Phaserunner. Did some preventative maintenance on it; Odd cable boot on the XT connector's for a Hall grounding reference splice to route around damage. Original prototype Phasesink mount. Mutare ad custodiam!
Built a thing. Servo controller for a bicycle spoke lacing driver. Programmable quadrature-sensor motor drive that can deliver repeated, precise rotation counts when setting spoke-nipples.

Today's ride is already interesting. Almost ate it by finding unexpected black ice - caught enough dry pavement to keep it upright and not go sliding into King George highway, but... yikes. (The Fraser river is somewhere down there. I think. Ice fog.)

Vent system had to be shut off again to deal with a shop rag getting ingested by a port. Decided to fix that problem. Test cut, built a thing. Finished devices being lasered in 1/16" aluminum. BaggieBlocker9000. No more eating stray cloths, parts baggies or other dross, fume-slurper.
I made a cheeky suggestion in the workshop for Christmas party activities. Other crew have run equally wild with it.
Built a thing. Pi-clone single board services host for an ESP32 device net. VOC sensors, anemometer, and other devices to automate a network of soldering smoke extractors on a central filter and evacuator
On why we always ride with gear, folks: That's the quick release for my rear axle. Its missing about 3 millimeters of metal from Wednesday's slide.
Couldn't find a spare tack hammer in the shop, couldn't find mine. Needed to set small hammer-set inserts with a drive punch. Did find the gas plumbing supplies have a suitable solution, however.
Made a thing. Salvaged motor magnets, a bit of epoxy and some laser cut hardboard. Modular tool hanger.
