Spoke about the Birthright citizenship case at the Supreme Court with ABC. I highlighted the pain & anxiety the litigation creates for immigrants & refugees & children. The @chrclla.bsky.social team sees it everyday. One question we should keep asking: why did the Justices take up this case?
