I did stay, and I did not abandon the scorecard. Other than the one Rosario AB, that really sucked. At least it wasn't unbearably hot (though def hotter than I expected), and I got through some good podcast backlog 🤷🏻‍♀️

My completed scorecard for tonight's Yankees-Tigers game. The Yankees lost 7-3 and only had 3 hits (and 2 errors), and the Tigers were up 7-0 after 4 innings. All 3 Yankee runs came on a pinch-hit HR by Amed Rosario in the bottom of the 8th inning.

When I saw Aladdin on Broadway for the 2nd time in 2019, we got an incredible surprise post-show encore of "A Whole New World" from Peabo & Regina Belle. Such a lovely memory 💖 (Apparently I can't post a pic & video in the same post but the video is on my Instagram story.)

I give it maybe a month before it's too hot to be outside, but for now, I'm embracing becoming a "hey I have a balcony now" person 😎 (I do need outdoor furniture, but these random folding chairs I stole from my parents years ago will do for now.)

On a related note: I apparently take the millennial "keep all your old tech boxes" stereotype very seriously 🤣 It was inside a box that I haven't opened in many years. I think the actual iPod is long gone but I won't be surprised if I find it when I pack my desk drawers. (I may need help. 😬)

Lovely Sunday matinee at & Juliet. This WS my 10th(!) time seeing it but it hits every single time. So much joy 🥰💖 And I got to see Laurie Hernandez in the ensemble! Her dancing is incredible. She also brought out the giant QR code for the post-show BCEFA speech -- it was almost as big as she was 🤣
