Spent the day collecting some birthday freebies, as well as doing some shopping and treating myself a bit. Now I’m just laying on my bed, sleepy since I didn’t get to sleep in as much as I wanted this morning.
21.6K steps for the day. Wonder what that number would have been had my phone not been away from me while it was charging at Job 2 this evening. 🤔
I’ve also been taking advantage of upgrading my tools a little at a time with the HART brand being on clearance at Walmart. I’m not sure of the quality but having some cordless tools to get started with my reintroduction into woodworking will hopefully open things up for me.
Did a little grief/birthday week retail therapy today and ended up expanding my Poké squad. Saw this adorable Arcanine and just had to grab it, along with the vinyl Growlithe. Totally in love with my fire puppy. Also forgive the expression

Bought my third ever Lego set… though technically it’s just a duplicate purchase. Whenever I find time and space to do these, I wanted to have one each of the options given. So that’ll be fun. I think lol
Stars aligned and I managed to come home with a new-to-me car today! It’s a 2019 Chevy Blazer. Named the Wave Rider. 😁😁 Some potential plans I was looking into for later this year aren’t gonna happen now but this definitely a better decision that will hopefully open some doors.
My friend who works at a local (ish) comic/record store set these aside for me. Went and picked them up after work today and I’m in LOVE with the pops, especially how Derpy’s eyes glow in the dark. Now to figure out how to display everything.
Another day where I walked 10,000 steps before 12pm (basically started at 6:35am) as well as ended up walking a hole in my sock… 🤦🏻♂️

Got her all assembled! Disappointed in a few places but overall a cute little build. Some of the assembly instructions could’ve been a tiny bit better but I managed to get it figured out.
I’m not much of a Christmas person, or a holiday person in general for that matter, but I saw this Enterprise-D advent calendar and saw that my friend got one so I wanted to grab one as well. Ordered it last week and it arrived yesterday so I saw it when I got home today. Can’t wait to build it!

Last weekend during my short visit to Hollywood Studios while I was in Orlando for Ranger Stop. I just *had* to wear a Star Trek/Starfleet themed shirt to Galaxy’s Edge just to see if anyone would say something. 🤣
Just a few highlights from an amazing weekend. Spent more time at the con than originally planned (was supposed to be a mostly Disney weekend but… 🤷🏻♂️). Still had a fucking awesome time.
