That charging station in burns in only a level 2 charger, which would be either an overnighted charge or at the very least several hours.

Really?? Cool. They aren’t showing up on the charger map. I know that some of the charging stations actually got ripped out, and some are just in such disrepair they are unusable. If true, it’s going to save me hours on my trip to see my mom.

This contraption is heading to its new home this weekend. I found the frame at the thrift store today and I think its just perfect. Fortunately for me, I’ll probably still get to see this one from time to time. It will always be one of my favorites. But I’ve got new ideas to create.

I stayed up until midnight (midnight!) getting this far. Then i got up at 330 am and went to work. You’d think I’d come home and take a nap. Nope. We gotta finish this or die today. Life of an artist. 👩‍🎨

Here is the first hot air balloon complete with ropes and a basket. It took me forever. And i still have two bigger ones to do! My eyeballs hurt.

For my next trick, i think I’ll make a collage. I found an old world atlas for the sky and the origami trees. The mountains and flat trees were from last year’s big painting that i ended up abandoning. The balloons are tissue paper and I’ve got thread and twine for ropes and baskets. #wip

The fish is getting fat on squash bug eggs, lol. He especially likes it when i leave them on a tiny bit of leaf so he can chomp them all at once.

I made a peach marinara out of the san marzanos i grew and the peaches from emmett. Sautéed mushrooms, zoodles (yes, i am still eating zucchini like i grew hoards of it), and spinach. Top with marinara, impossible meatballs, and vegan mozzarella. On a bed of millet.

I found this book at the thrift store today. I don’t speak french. But i imagine that most, if not all, the letters could be translated as Dear Donald Trump, Go fuck yourself. Sincerely, Everyone Anyone speak french? How did i do?

I threw some water lettuce in the pond and all the flying insects use it to get a drink. It’s a happening place especially first thing in the morning. But, beware the fish!!

The peach salsa is ready to be canned. After some serious taste testing, I did decide to go with the yarrow. Good, yes. Different, yes. But it didn’t add that certain sparkle that I sometimes get when I incorporate wild food. It will be an interesting thing to give away as Xmas presents, though.

There is a new executive order at my house. Robin has placed a tariff on all peaches. And I’m happy to pay up.

The opalized quartz is hard to photograph, but you can see a bit of the sheen. Also a piece of rhyolite with agate inclusions.
