i recommend changing these particular settings to "(Target Kbps)" to give you a specific numerical control over the bitrate. the default is at a generalized "Best" setting which generates pretty ludicrous files with bitrates set at like 80000
additionally, this is entirely up to personal preference but you can also enable the same panel beneath the timeline instead with this button
this assumes you want to adjust the keyframe's easing, to do so also ensure you select the first of these two buttons. if you just want to adjust the timing of the keyframes the other option works fine
with the affected media selected, click the "Keyframes" button along the top (1) to enable the keyframes panel. there, make sure you enable "Display Parameters with Keyframes" (2) and click the little curve next to the keyframed parameter (3) to display it in the graph

for rendering audio only make sure that in the render settings, on the Video tab you uncheck "Export Video" before choosing your audio-only format and codec in the Audio tab
