The 2026 MS Bike Windsor is in the books. Second year in a row I've worn my tutu. About 50 kms over 2 days and my donors gave $5700 for @mscanadaofficial.bsky.social . We raised more than 160 grand on the weekend! Next up - Burgers to Beat MS with A & W on August 20th. Port Hastings, here I come!

This jumping spider is one centimetre in length and was curious about me, though not enough to get on my finger. Maybe the parasites have it feeling a little down. #spiders

I caught several surfers at Lawrencetown Beach this morning at 9:30 - air temp was about 15 degrees at that time. These folks are hard core as some had been out at least an hour already. Just so you know, I don't surf. I'll stick to cycling.

That day 3 years ago when I almost broke the sound barrier on my bike. 😅

The robin's egg had not fallen from a nearby nest, but was left behind by a thief, possibly distracted by larger prey. I watched it for 2 days before disappearing. Credit to my grade 10 biology teacher, Dolores LaRose, for teaching me about curiosity in death and decay. And daisies, just 'cause.

For my birthday yesterday, I wore my tutu at my workout. I will continue to do stuff 3 year olds do. It's the best way to stay young at heart.

Happy Earth Day! I was out documenting a local clean up and saw these lupins making their way through other plant matter. We'll have miles and miles of these flowers in about 6 weeks.

Funny/not funny moment last summer at MS Bike. I wore a tutu and for the first time, drivers gave me a wide berth going past me. Many waved or beeped once they passed and they all smiled.
