Enfin vu The Caine Mutiny Court-Martial de William Friedkin. Bien que minimaliste dans son dispositif, l’ultime film de Friedkin impressionne dans sa manière de signifier que la vérité est forcément partielle et sujette à l’ambiguïté. Sutherland et Clarke y sont magistraux. Et quelle conclusion !

Somewhat ingenuous, "Here" is nevertheless carried by the intelligence of its cinematic apparatus, mixing the fake stiffness of the unique axis / POV and the playful use of Zemeckis’s digital toolbox. Despite some caveats (Bettany’s performance), it’s a pleasant melancholic journey without moving.
