Most New Brunswickers say that they are worse off financially than a year ago - by far the highest in the region - at 52%. That's 16% higher than the national average. Only 9% of New Brunswickers say that they are better off than a year ago (lowest in region).
New Brunswickers rate Holt best in region for relationship with federal government (63%), First Nations (41%), transportation (27%) economy (31%) and deficit (23%). Holt tied for worst in region on poverty and homelessness (16%), and 2nd lowest on addictions (16%).
