I used to be able to slow mine down, fav trick was to scare the the nurses in post anesthesia recovery room. Monitor beeps slowing, eyes shut then wait till they were looking closely over me, Then BOO! Dunno why but I come round really fast & totally aware. Such fun! 😆 Normal resting is 55'ish

I love my long hair, especially now I've got it coloured & styled how I always envisioned for the last forever. But by eck is it hot having long hair. Even pulled up n ponytailed. I will however suffer the heat for the sheer fabulousness of having amazing hair as a just about pensioner. 👸
